Baked Protein Oat Muffins

Ingredients

45g oats
50g banana
1/2 cup almond milk
Splash of vanilla essence 
25g Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 egg

 Method

1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
2. 
In a blender add in all ingredients and blend until combined. 
3. Pour into a silicone muffin tray or mini loaf tin and bake for 12 mins or until golden.
4. Serve with berry chia jam.
