1 cup oat flour – oats blended into a flour in the food processor
25g Two Island Chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup dairy free milk of choice
Mix oat flour + protein powder + salt. Add dairy free milk, oil + maple syrup. Blend all ingredients so you get a smooth consistency. Heat frying pan on medium/ high heat + add a little bit of oil. Once oil is hot, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan + tilt the pan, creating a thin layer across the pan. Cook until golden brown, then flip onto other side. Fill crepes with coconut yoghurt + berries + nuts +seeds. Enjoy!
Other: * Mixture thickens when left to sit, so you may need to add 1/4 of diary free milk to maintain the right consistency!
