This recipe was created for Two Islands by Nikki Brady of @beautyandtreasures
1/4 cup of coconut milk (rice milk, almond milk or water are also great substitutes)
2 scoops of Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein
3 large spoons of coconut yoghurt
1 tsp of maple syrup
Combine coconut milk and Two Islands Pea Protein. Leave to chill in the fridge for a few hours, or for the creamiest results leave overnight (p.s I can guarantee once you have tried the overnight version you won’t go back).
Place coconut yoghurt in a blender, add the chilled protein mixture and 1 tsp of maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth
Chill the mixture and serve alongside your favourite dessert. You can also pour the mixture into tumblers and then place in the fridge to set and serve topped with a tonne of delicious seasonal fruit or cacao nibs and homemade granola.
