Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter and Choc Chunk Slice

Makes: 12 slices
Prep time: 10 minutes
Time in freezer: 3 hours

Ingredients

1 scoop Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein Powder
¾ cup dates
¾ cup nuts
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp cacao powder
3/4 can coconut cream
2 Tbsp peanut butter
½ cup chopped dark choc
1 Tbsp maple syrup 

Method

1. Base - blend the dates, nuts, coconut oil and cacao powder until smooth and pat into the bottom of a lined loaf tin.
2. Caramel layer - combine the coconut cream with dark chocolate, protein powder and the maple syrup - pour on top of the base layer. Drop ½ tsp amounts of peanut butter into this layer and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
3. Slice, drizzle with dark chocolate and EAT!
