Salted Caramel Protein Balls

Prep time: 15 mins
Makes: 10 protein balls
 
Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates
1 cup roasted almonds
1/3 cup coconut 
3Tbsp almond butter
Pinch of salt 
Splash of vanilla 
Dark chocolate 
 
Method
1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor (except the dark chocolate and a small handful of almonds) 
2. Roll mixture into balls
3. Dip the balls in melted chocolate and dunk into chopped up almonds
4. Leave in freezer to set and store in fridge for one hour
