Salted Caramel Rawnola

1 cup pitted dates
1 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Two Islands Co Salted Caramel Pea Protein
1/2 cup desiccated coconut 


Finely chop and soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain the water. 

Add all ingredients to your food processor and give them a few pulses (do not over mix!) 

Remove from food processor and do a final mix with your hands until you have granola like clumps. 

Store in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days and enjoy in any way you like! A couple of my favourites are with your favourite plant milk, fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt or as a smoothie bowl or nicecream topping! (pictured on top of chocolate nicecream with a vegan dark choc sauce)
