Vanilla and Coconut Apple Crumble

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 30-40 minutes 

3 apples
Handful of berries (optional) 
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut 
1/4 cup of flour of your choice
1/4 cup Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder
3Tbsp sugar of your choice 
2tsp cinnamon 
1/3 cup Olivani spread 
splash of vanilla 

1. Peel and thinly slice apples and line bottom of baking dish (optional to add a handful of berries) and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. In a bowl mix the oats, coconut, flour, protein powder, sugar and more cinnamon 
3. Use hands to mix in the Olivani & a splash of vanilla 
4. Add crumble to the top of apples & berries & fan bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes
