Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Chia pudding
1/4 cup coconut cream
3/4 cups water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
Topping
1/2 sliced banana
Coconut flakes
Your choice of granola or chopped nuts 

Method

In a jar, mix all of the chia pudding ingredients until combined.

Pop in the fridge to set for at least 20mins. Can easily be prepared the night before for a quick on the go breakfast or snack.

Top your pudding with your toppings and enjoy!
