Vanilla & Peanut Butter Slice

2 scoops of Two Islands Vanilla and Coconut Pea Protein
3/4 cup dates 
3/4 cup nuts 
1 tbsp coconut oil

Peanut butter layer
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup 

Choc layer
1/3 cup coconut oil 
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup cacao powder 


Blend base ingredients until smooth. Pour into a lined tray

Mix peanut butter layer ingredients and pour on top of base. Set in the freezer for 2 hours.

Mix choc layer, pour on top of the peanut butter layer and freeze until set.



Slice and EAT!
