Veggie Pizza

Pizza Base

1 cup flour (i have used wholemeal spelt)
1/2 cup Two Islands natural protein
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup + 1-2 extra tbsp your choice of milk (i have used almond) 

Toppings

spinach
mushroom
red capsicum
red onion
courgette
sun-dried tomatoes
feta and pine nuts

Method

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a baking tray.
Combine all of your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Then add in your wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed. You may need to use your hands and a dash of extra milk if the mix is too dry or crumbly. 
Roll out into a pizza base and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and put your toppings on. I have used spinach, mushroom, red capsicum, red onion, courgette, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and pine nuts. Place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until the toppings are cooked through.
