1 frozen banana cut into chunks
½ cup frozen berries
¼ cup milk of choice (I chose almond milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands vanilla and coconut protein
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings:
banana, berries, freeze dried fruit, granola, nut butter, bee pollen, cacao nibs coconut yogurt.
1. Combine all ingredients with the exception of the toppings in a blender and blend until smooth (avoid adding excess liquid as it will eventually blend).
2. Serve with toppings of your choice.
