Baked Protein Oat Muffins
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
25g (2 scoops) Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
2. Blen all ingredients till all ingredients are well combined.
3. Pour into a muffin tray or mini loaf tin and bake for 12 mins or until golden.
4. Serve with berry chia jam (optional)
