Baked protein oat muffins

1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin tray or mini loaf tin.


2. In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients together.


3. Pour batter into the muffin or loaf tin and bake for 12 mins or until the top is golden.

 
4. Remove muffins from tin and leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.

 

Serving option: Serve with chia jam and / or coconut yoghurt.
