Chickpea Blondies

1 can of chickpeas (rinsed well)
2 Tbsp date syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup almond milk
vanilla essence 
2 Tbsp coconut flour
3 Tbsp Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dark choc chips (lots!)
Pinch of sea salt


Blend all wet ingredients together until very smooth

Combine all dry ingredients and then sift into wet ingredients

Place in a lined baking tray and bake for ~23-25 mins at 175c
