Chocolate crepes

1 cup oat flour – oats blended into a flour in the food processor
1 1/2 cups nut milk
2 scoops Two Islands chocolate protein
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil

FILLINGS:

Berries, yoghurt, nuts and seeds.

1. In a bowl combine oat flour, chocolate protein powder and salt.

 
2. Add nut milk, coconut oil and maple syrup into a blender or food processor and combine all ingredients so you get a smooth consistency. Add dry ingredients and blend further.

 
3. Heat a pan on medium/high heat and add coconut oil.  Once oil has melted pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and tilt the pan, creating a thin layer.  Cook until golden brown, then flip onto other side.


4. Fill crepes with coconut yoghurt, berries, nuts and seeds.
