Coconut Chia Pudding
1/4 cup coconut cream
3/4 cups water
2 scoops of Two Islands Vanilla and Coconut Pea Protein
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 sliced banana
Your choice of granola or chopped nuts
1. In a jar, mix all of the chia pudding ingredients until combined.
2. Pop in the fridge to set for at least 20mins. Can easily be prepared the night before for a quick on the go breakfast or snack.
3. Top your pudding with your toppings and enjoy!
