1 serving of Two Islands Peanut Butter Protein
1 cup soy milk
1 cup frozen berries of choice
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional toppings of your choice
1. Add all dry ingredients into a small saucepan, top with milk and water.
2. Cook over a medium heat for approximately 10 minutes while stirring until the oat mixture is your desired consistency.
3. Heat your berries in a seperate pot or microwave until soft - a jam like texture.
4. Once cooked, transfer to a serving bowl and top with the cooked berries and toppings of your choice - my personal favourites are sliced banana. almond or peanut butter, chia seeds or granola.
Optional: Combine all ingredients together excluding the berries and leave to soak overnight. This will reduce cooking time and make the texture creamier.
