Vegan chocolate breakfast mousse

1 serving of Two Islands chocolate protein
1 container (300g) silken tofu


Top with your favourite toppings such as; granola, cacao nibs, coconut, fresh fruit, nut butter.

1. Blend tofu and protein together in a high-speed blender until smooth.

2. Chill before serving.

3. Serve in a bowl with your desired toppings.
