Flatbread Crackers

50g Two Islands Natural Pea Protein
50g Almond meal 
50g Ground flaxseeds
1tsp Ground cumin
1tbsp Sesame seeds
1/2tsp Pink himalayan salt
3/4 – 1C Water


Preheat oven to 160c bake. Prepare a large baking tray with a silicone baking mat and set aside. 

Add all ingredients except water to a bowl and mix to combine. Slowly add water to dry ingredients until a soft, wet dough is formed. 

Place dough onto silicone baking mat. Place a sheet of baking paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to gently and evenly spread the dough across the tray, until it is a few millimetres thick. 

Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven while still hot, place cracker on board and cut in to desired shapes and sizes. 

Serve with your favourite toppings – hummus, avocado, tomato slices, basil & salt and pepper.
