Salted Caramel Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup flour of choice 

1 tablespoon baking powder 

3 tablespoons tapioca flour 

1/2 cup brown sugar 

1/4 cup milk of choice  

2 tablespoons butter

25 grams (2 scoops) Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein Powder 

Extra brown sugar, butter and cinnamon for sprinkling 

 In a bowl, cream together brown sugar and vegan butter together till fluffy. 

 Add in the flour, baking powder, protein powder, almond milk and corn flour and mix together to form a dough. Add in more flour if it is too sticky and chill for 5-10 minutes. 

 Roll out the dough into roughly 5 strips, spread on vegan butter and sprinkle on brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll them up and chop in half to make 2 rolls per strip. 

 Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes and drizzle with coconut butter/coconut yoghurt
