Peanut Butter Granola

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup buckwheat 

1/2 cup almonds, slivered

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup macadamias or peanuts

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

3 scoops Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cinnamon

Pinch of salt 



1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius 

2. Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl.

3. In a separate bowl mix your wet ingredients. Make sure your peanut butter is runny enough to coat your dry ingredients. You may need to heat/melt it.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, ensuring everything is well coated. Place in the oven for around 20 to 25 minutes, mixing it around throughout.

5. Once golden and crispy, take out of the oven and allow it to cool for at least half an hour before storing it in an airtight container.
