Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Pancakes 

1 large ripe banana 

¼ cup flour

¼ cup milk of choice

1 scoop Two Islands Co. peanut butter protein powder  

Olive oil for the pan  

 
Peanut butter drizzle 

1 tablespoon peanut butter  

1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup 

Dash of milk  
 

Mash banana with a fork, then mix in flour, soy milk and protein powder.  
(Alternatively you could blend all the ingredients together until smooth) 

Heat non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil, then cook tablespoons-full of the batter on medium heat. Flip when bubbles appear all over the surface.  

To make peanut butter drizzle, heat peanut butter, honey/maple and  milk in the microwave and stir until desired consistency is reached.
