Pear and Ginger Baked Oatmeal

1.5 cups oats

1 cup hot water

½ cup milk of your choice

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

20 grams (2 scoops) Two Islands Natural Collagen Beauty Powder

2 tablespoons of oil 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Handful of raisins

1 apple, cubed

Handful of sunflower seeds

1 pear, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon brown sugar
