Raspberry Chocolate Protein Muffins

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoons baking powder

3 eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup two islands vanilla and coconut pea protein

1/2 cup mik of choice

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

1 block dark chocolate, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180C degrees and line a muffin tray with baking paper or cases

Mash 2 bananas then mix through all remaining ingredients.

Transfer the muffin batter evenly across 10-12 muffin cups

Bake at 180c degrees for 25-30 minutes

Transfer to a wire rack and let them cool.

Once cool, sprinkle with freeze dried raspberries
