Salted Caramel Cookie Dough Slice
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cashews, roasted
25 grams (2 scoops) two islands salted caramel protein
1/2 cup almond butter + 1 tbsp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
100g dark chocolate, melted + extra
Optional Toppings: Granola, nuts or seeds
1. Place the almond meal, cashews and protein in the food processor and blend until combined.
2. Add in 1/2 cup of almond butter, vanilla extract and salt and blend until a dough form. Pulse in your extra chocolate if you are using. Press tightly into a tin and place in the fridge
3. To make your chocolate top, melt 100g of dark chocolate with 1 tbsp of almond butter. Mix together and pour on top of your slice. Sprinkle over granola, nuts and seeds if using. Place back into the fridge. Once set, cut into squares and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
