Salted Caramel Ice Cream
3 medjool dates, soaked
2 Tbsp almond butter
4 large frozen bananas
1 cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maca
3 scoops salted caramel protein
1. Begin by making your caramel mixture. Add your soaked dates and almond butter to a blender and blend until smooth. Or you can simply mash them together with a fork.
2. To make the ice cream, place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add your ice cream to a loaf tin and mix in chunks of the date mixture. Set in the fridge overnight and enjoy.
