Salted caramel milkshake

PREP 10/Mins

2 ripe bananas
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands salted caramel protein 
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups ice
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Add all chocolate sauce ingredients to a small bowl and stir until combined, adding more maple syrup if you prefer it a little sweeter. Drip some down the top of the inside of your jars.

2. Blend all shake ingredients in a high powered blender/ food processor (Depending on the power of your blender, add ice some at a time).

3. Pour the shake into your two jars and drizzle some more chocolate sauce over.
