1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands salted caramel protein
Berry chia jam ( mixed berries and chia seeds) for topping
25 grams peanut butter
Sourdough loaf or bread of choice
1. Mix protein powder with 25g smooth peanut butter or more for desired consistency.
2. Spread on to bread of choice.
3. Top with berry chia jam or topping of choice and serve.
