Salted Caramel Rawnola
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Two Islands Co Salted Caramel Pea Protein
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1. Finely chop and soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain the water.
2. Add all ingredients to your food processor and give them a few pulses (do not over mix!)
3. Remove from food processor and do a final mix with your hands until you have granola like clumps.
4. Store in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days and enjoy in any way you like! A couple of my favourites are with your favourite plant milk, fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt or as a smoothie bowl or nicecream topping! (pictured on top of chocolate nicecream with a vegan dark choc sauce)
