Snickers Thickshake

Layer one
2/3 frozen banana
2 dates, pitted. 
1 Tbsp cacao powder

2/3 serving Salted Caramel Pea Protein
Pinch of salt
1 tsp peanut butter
0.5 tsp pysllium husk
3/4 cup water 

Layer two
1/3 frozen banana
1 Tbsp coconut cream
1/3 serving salted caramel pea protein 
0.5 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 cup water


1. In a bullet blender put all layer one ingredients in and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. 

2. Rinse out blender and put all layer two ingredients in and blend until smooth. Pour on top of layer one. Use a straw to create a marble swirl effect. Leave in the fridge to thicken up (psyllium husk will set in) or drink straight away. 

Optional: top with roughly chopped peanuts and dark chocolate
