Summer Bircher

Ingredients

Base
40g rolled oats
1 serve (25g) Two Islands Vanilla and Coconut Pea Protein
2 tsp coconut flakes
2 tsp sliced almonds
1 tsp hemp seeds 
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1/3 cup water

Toppings
Coconut yoghurt
Fresh summer fruits
- apricots
- raspberries
- blueberries

Method

In a jar, combine all base ingredients and mix well. Cover and leave in fridge to soak overnight

In the morning, give bircher a good mix. If it is too thick, add more water and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit
