Tropical Smoothie Bowl
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
25 grams (2 scoops) Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
1/2 cup almond milk
Whatever you wish! Think fruit, seeds, nuts and granola!
In a blender add all of the smoothie ingredients and blend until a smooth and creamy texture forms. If it is not blending, gradually add a little extra water or your choice of milk to assist.
Top with your favourite toppings.
I used granola, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, raspberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and almond butter.
